SHIPPING:
We ship all our orders with biodegradable packaging. Please allow us 5-7 business days for processing your order and shipping. As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email.

Payments, as well as refunds are invoiced in Euro (EUR).
RETURN POLICY:
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of the date the goods are delivered to you. If you want to return an item, please email us at support@eliz-studio.com, tell us your order number and the reason for your return. Please note that we do not accept returns that are not announced in advance. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and must be in the original packaging including hangtags and labels for a full refund. Returns must be paid by you. The shipping costs will not be refunded if it’s a partial return.
We kindly ask you to order our products consciously and carefully to avoid unnecessary returns in favor of the environment.
